How my journey began

Many Moons ago, I was lost in a land of no opportunity, starving for real love, meaningful work, and true friendships. Fighting off incurable diseases, loneliness, and the darkness that haunted me at night.

Until one day I met with an astrologer and an ancient door of remembering opened within me. She explained that I was going through my Saturn Return, and leading me through the dark night of the soul. This initiation is known as the return to the soul, back to the core, and the truth of who we are in our life story. This sparked life back into my body and brought me into an apprenticeship with the healing arts. I began my transformation journey by diving into Evolutionary and Shamanic Astrology to learn about who I am and why I chose this life experience as a soul. I learned Tarot and danced with the Major Arcana that shared the soul’s evolutionary story throughout lifetimes, it was with these cards I began to trust. my intuition and had a helping hand to guide me on my path. I immersed myself in Sound Baths to heal my body and release old, stuck energy. Yet, it was when I integrated astrology, tarot, and sound with monthly moon rituals that I found my magic.

Thus my story continued learning the healing arts as a Ritual Storyteller, weaving in my tools of healing arts and ancient storytelling traditions to both the United States and Europe.

I have training as an Energy Healer with Wendy DeRosa, a Dreamwork Teacher with Robert Moss, and as a Movement Medicine Dancer. In addition, I lived in Ireland learning the art of Storytelling with Bard Mythologies and local legends while completing a Master’s in Playwrighting and Dramaturgy, at the University of Galway.

I have dedicated my life to the art of story and how to bring these healing practices to empower our personal and collective stories.
